I work with collegiate and competitive athletes to build confidence, focus, and sustainable performance in training and competition.

After a successful high school career in Spain, where I won multiple national titles and competed internationally, I moved to the United States to compete in the NCAA.Navigating new systems and transferring programs, I became an NCAA National Champion and five-time All-American at the University of Oregon before competing professionally with On Athletics Club based in Boulder for over three years.Competing across the high school, collegiate, and professional levels gave me firsthand insight into the demands of elite sport. Combined with a Master’s in Sport Psychology and ongoing work toward CMPC® certification, that experience allows me to support athletes in building sustainable high-level performance rooted in joy, connection, and ownership.Today, I work with collegiate and competitive athletes who want to compete at a high level without sacrificing joy along the way.
I work with both individuals and teams. Individual work may include athletes, coaches, or parents seeking support within their performance environment.Every athlete and team is different, so sessions are tailored to what is needed most, whether that’s building confidence, refining competition routines, improving focus, or navigating pressure in meaningful moments. The goal is simple: the mental skills developed in session should translate directly into everyday training and competition.Individual sessions are held via Zoom. Team sessions are available in the Denver area.

I’ve supported athletes and teams across youth, high school, and collegiate environments, including:Colorado Rapids Youth Soccer ClubMetro State University, Track & Field & Cross CountryNCAA Division I & II student-athletes
If you’re an athlete, coach, or parent looking for thoughtful, sustainable mental performance support, I’d love to connect.Currently accepting new individual clients. (A limited number of pro bono spaces are available as I continue completing supervised hours toward CMPC® certification.)Team sessions available for Summer and Fall 2026 in the Denver area.
